Through the discussion and design of an overall wellness vision, I will support you as you design the path to wellness that fits best with you and your values.



I recommend meeting over a period of three months to improve the chances of long term change. We can then meet once or twice a week.

Topics include dynamic goal creation, lifestyle management and long term behavior change maintenance. These sessions are designed to give you both inspiration and practical assistance to help you move forward to create and maintain long term health changes.
